FAQs

  • For third party deliveries, IHD collects both the flat fee for the delivery driver and the driver tip. These fees are directly passed onto the delivery partner. IHD adds a nominal flat fee amount as a service fee.

  • For orders delivered by a restaurant's own employees, you only pay a flat IHD fee for each order. No additional driver fees or tips are incurred or collected.

  • No, there is no minimum monthly spend. Only pay for the deliveries you’ve made.

  • Billing occurs on a weekly basis, for all deliveries made in the previous 7 day period.

    We accept payment by credit card or direct debit.

  • Yes. Delivery tracking text messages sent to customers are included at no extra cost.

  • Payment by ACH (direct bank transfer - US only) will incur a 1% transaction fee. Payment by credit card will incur a 3% transaction fee.
