New! Self-delivery with IHD

Orders can now be dispatched to in-house drivers as well as third-party delivery partners with the release of our new custom driver app.

Once downloaded, drivers will have everything they need in the palm of their hand to successfully deliver orders including:

• Street by street directions, using maps and GPS navigation

• Customer delivery instructions

• Customer contact details

• The ability to take photographs for contactless deliveries

• The ability to obtain signatures and confirm ID when requested

Restaurant managers can define how many deliveries drivers can be assigned at any one time, as well as the delivery radius from the restaurant for self-delivery.

Full visibility of all orders is available to managers through both the desktop and mobile app, while driver locations can be tracked in real-time via the desktop.

Restaurants can also choose a hybrid delivery model, meaning deliveries can be dispatched to third-party delivery partners when internal drivers are too busy - great for peak times such as Friday and Saturday nights.
